Voting Eligibility

To vote, you must be a registered LIBAC member & current on dues.

  • $25Registration fee — one-time payment, new members only.
  • $10Monthly dues — paid every month to remain active.
  • $90Total dues for January – September must be paid in full to be eligible to vote in October.

Remember to mark every payment as “Dues or Membership Fee”.

Election Guidelines

Voter eligibility & voting procedure.

Official rules set by the LIBAC Election Committee for the October 25, 2026 election.

To Vote

Members must:

  • Be officially registered members
  • Be financially current (as required by bylaws)
  • Present valid identification

Dues Deadline

Dues must be paid by Saturday, September 15, 2026 to be eligible to vote.

Voting Procedure

On Election Day:

  • Voting shall be by secret ballot
  • Each member receives one ballot
  • Ballots must be marked clearly
  • No proxy voting
  • Counting conducted immediately after polls close
