As the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of MNT Real Estate Inc., a Charlotte-based real estate and property management company, Musu has helped countless individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. Throughout her career, she has been especially passionate about expanding access to affordable housing and guiding first-time homebuyers through one of the most important milestones of their lives. Her professional success has always been driven by a desire to create opportunities and improve the quality of life for others.

She is also an active member of North Davidson United Methodist Church, where faith, service, and community remain central to her life.
