Musu Raynes is a dedicated community leader, accomplished businesswoman, and passionate advocate whose life and work reflect a deep commitment to service, empowerment, and opportunity. A devoted wife and mother of four, Musu has spent more than two decades building a successful career in real estate while consistently investing her time, talents, and resources into strengthening the communities she serves.
As the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of MNT Real Estate Inc., a Charlotte-based real estate and property management company, Musu has helped countless individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. Throughout her career, she has been especially passionate about expanding access to affordable housing and guiding first-time homebuyers through one of the most important milestones of their lives. Her professional success has always been driven by a desire to create opportunities and improve the quality of life for others.
Beyond her entrepreneurial accomplishments, Musu has built a reputation as a servant leader who believes that true leadership is measured not by words alone, but by meaningful action. Her personal philosophy is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: “There comes a time when one cannot just talk the talk but also walk the walk.” This principle has guided her throughout her career, community service, and leadership journey.
Musu currently serves as a manager with Piedmont Airlines, where she brings strong leadership, organizational expertise, and a commitment to excellence to her professional responsibilities. She holds a degree in Mathematics, a discipline that reflects her analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. She is also an active member of North Davidson United Methodist Church, where faith, service, and community remain central to her life.
A proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Musu exemplifies the organization’s values of scholarship, service, sisterhood, and leadership. Through her involvement, she has continued to mentor, support, and uplift individuals while contributing to initiatives that positively impact families and communities.
Musu’s dedication to service extends far beyond her professional and civic affiliations. She serves as a Board Member of the Annie T. Doe Memorial Foundation and as Board Chairlady of the HELP Foundation, where she plays a critical role in advancing programs and initiatives designed to support underserved communities, empower families, and create pathways to opportunity.
